Redeem in the app and sell
"Prepare tags for resale" activates the tags one by one. Your customer gets a ready Pingente, with no extra cost.
Code packs
A pack is one code with N credits. You type the code into the app once and keep activating tags until the credits run out. Credits never expire.

Secure payment by Paddle (card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local methods such as Pix, iDEAL, BLIK or UPI). Your country's taxes are added at checkout and the invoice arrives by e-mail. The codes are shown on the confirmation screen, which stays available for 7 days, and arrive in an e-mail from us ([email protected]) right after payment. Prices are in US dollars; the checkout shows the final price in your currency.

How to redeem
- Open the app → About → Prepare tags for resale.
- Type or paste the code (or scan the QR code on the confirmation screen). The app shows how many credits are left.
- Bring the tags close and tap Prepare the closest one (or tap a tag in the list, or search by the printed ID): the app activates the tag and writes the welcome face on it, one at a time.
Buy the right tag
Three models work today, all Bluetooth (BLE): Gicisky 2.1" BWR and PANDA 2.13" BWR (black, white and red, 250×122 px) and the 4-colour Gicisky 2.9" (black, white, red and yellow, 296×128 px). The exact listings are at pingente.app/cases. Not supported: 2.13" black-and-white only, 4.2" and larger, NFC-only models and shop shelf labels (ESL) without open BLE. Validate every tag in the app before listing it: it connects, receives a test face and shows every colour (three, or four on the 2.9").

The STL and 3MF files are open and free. They are in preparation and will be published at github.com/pingente-app/site.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account or a registered business?
No. The checkout only asks for an e-mail address and country, and the invoice is issued with the details you provide. The app has no sign-up either.
Does the code expire?
No. Use the credits at your own pace.
I lost the code. What now?
Write to [email protected] with the transaction number (txn_…) from the confirmation e-mail. We will resend it.
Can I get a refund?
A pack with no credit used, within 14 days. After the first credit, no. See the Refund policy.
What about radio certification (FCC, CE, Anatel and the like)?
The tags are third-party hardware. Checking your country's radio-frequency rules and marketplace requirements (in Brazil, the Anatel certification code in the listing) is the reseller's responsibility. The app is software and does not depend on it.
How much should I charge?
You set the price. There is no monthly fee and no commission on your sale: you pay for the code once and that is it.
